As a caterer, proclaiming you’re creative, that you can deliver delicious food, from the hands of gifted chefs is a given. We’re all that and so much more – we have to be.
What makes us totally different is that we are owned by people who were born into food and have been suppliers to the industry for over 30 years.
We have a genuine desire to work directly with farmers, growers and producers; whilst using regional and local suppliers wherever possible. What we can’t source to our high standards, we grow, make, farm or mature ourselves – from our own butchery, charcuterie and salt aged meats, to roasting our own coffee and maturing our own cheeses.
